The Work You Are Ready to Name

Neidy Lozada, MATP, CTTC, CSIC

This live workshop is for women who have reached a point in life where experience can no longer remain only personal. Years of work, responsibility, caregiving, leadership, decision-making, adaptation, loss, creativity, and service have shaped a body of insight that deserves structure, language, and a room capable of receiving it with seriousness.

Together, we will examine the knowledge, perspective, and contributions that have been forming through the life you have actually lived. The session invites you to identify the work your life has prepared you to offer and consider how that work may enter conversation, collaboration, publication, presentation, or community with greater intention.

Collaboration Without Self-Abandonment

This live workshop is for women who have spent years contributing to families, institutions, workplaces, communities, and other people’s visions, often while holding more responsibility than others recognized. At this stage of life, collaboration requires discernment. It asks a woman to know what she brings, what she will no longer absorb, and what conditions allow shared work to become generative rather than depleting.

Together, we will examine the difference between meaningful collaboration and overextension disguised as generosity. The session invites you to identify the standards, boundaries, and relational intelligence required to collaborate without disappearing into other people's needs, expectations, or unfinished work.

Monday, August 17, 2026 | 9:00 AM (PT)

The Authority in Your Voice

This live workshop is for women whose voices have been shaped by years of observation, responsibility, adaptation, restraint, courage, and decision. At this stage of life, voice is not about becoming louder. It is about becoming more exact, more honest, and more willing to speak from earned perspective rather than inherited obligation, social expectation, or outdated roles.

Together, we will examine how voice operates in conversation, writing, leadership, presentation, and community. The session invites you to identify where your voice has been compressed, where your perspective has become more precise, and what kind of structure helps your ideas move from private knowing into shared expression.

Monday, September 21, 2026 | 9:00 AM (PT)

Your Work Needs a Bigger Room

This live workshop is for women who have been developing an idea, project, message, creative direction, community contribution, or body of work privately long enough to recognize the limits of isolation. Some work strengthens through solitude, but some work reaches a point where continued private refinement becomes delay. At that point, the work needs contact with other intelligent women, a serious response, and a structure that can help it mature.

Together, we will examine the difference between work that still needs private development and work that needs a wider room. The session invites you to identify the project, message, or contribution that now requires conversation, refinement, collaboration, publication, presentation, or community engagement.

You are Legacy in Living Form

This live workshop is for women who understand that legacy is not only something left behind. Legacy is also expressed through the choices a woman makes while she is fully present in her life: what she names, repairs, practices, teaches, creates, protects, and offers through her relationships, leadership, work, and voice.

Together, we will examine the experiences, ancestral threads, responsibilities, and inner decisions that have shaped your present-day contribution. The session invites you to recognize how legacy is already taking form through your work, relationships, creativity, leadership, and participation in community.

What This Year Has Revealed

This live workshop is for women who want to enter the closing stretch of the year with discernment instead of drift. The session creates space to examine the year taking shape behind you: what strengthened, what changed, what remained unattended, what required more than it gave, and what deserves deliberate completion before the calendar turns.

Together, we will begin the inventory early enough for it to become useful. Participants will identify the decisions, conversations, boundaries, projects, and commitments that deserve attention before year-end, while also noticing what the coming year is already asking them to structure with greater care. The focus is not on productivity pressure. The focus is authorship, contribution, and the practical choices that help a woman close one year and enter another with intention.

What Deserves Your Yes Next Year

This live workshop is for women who want the next year to begin with discernment rather than reaction. After examining what the year revealed in November, this December session turns toward choice: what deserves continuation, what requires completion, what needs a stronger structure, and what must receive a clear no before the new year begins.

Together, we will identify the decisions, rhythms, relationships, and areas of contribution that will shape the year ahead. The focus is not resolution-making or annual performance pressure. The focus is deliberate authorship: choosing the commitments, conversations, and practices that will support the life, work, and community participation a woman intends to embody.

Women Nexus™ Live offers a free monthly series of structured workshops, hosted by Soulful Sojourners, designed to help women examine the work, voice, relationships, decisions, and contributions that shape their lives now. Each gathering builds on the last, creating a thoughtful progression from lived experience to collaboration, expression, legacy, and deliberate action.

FAQs

Some Answers Before You Register

Women Nexus™ Live depends on presence, preparation, and respect for the room. These questions answer the practical details that shape your decision: the cost, the camera requirement, the live format, what to bring, and what happens after registration. When you reserve your place, you should know exactly what you are entering and how to arrive ready.

How much does the webinar cost?

Registration is free.

Do I need to join Women Nexus™ before attending?

No. You may register for Women Nexus™ Live as a guest. Women Nexus™ membership gives you access to the community, Learning Library, collaborative publications, and member conversations between live gatherings. You are welcome to join at any time, but it is not a requirement.

Is the camera required?

Yes, this requirement is not optional. Your camera stays on for the full 90 minutes. Visible presence supports the quality of the room, the seriousness of the conversation, and the trust required for shared work.

This is a conversation, not a webinar to observe. When everyone is visible, the room moves differently, more honestly and generatively. If you are not in a position to have your camera on, this series is not the right fit for you.

Why are there no replays?

To protect confidentiality. The session happens live at the scheduled time. Register when you can attend the full gathering.

The quality of this room depends on everyone being fully present. The conversations that happen in a closed room with serious, committed women cannot be reproduced in a recording. The no-replay policy protects the depth of the conversation and honors the participants who have made the commitment to show up.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?

No preparation is required, but you will get the session materials five days before your webinar. Read the session description.

Bring one area of your life or work where your knowledge, perspective, or contribution deserves clearer language. Bring your favorite pen, paper, water, coffee, or tea. If you have furry companions, let them join us. Mine will.

What happens after I register?

Immediately after you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, calendar links, session details, and preparation instructions.

If you do not see it immediately, check your spam folder. If you do not get it after 15 minutes, contact [email protected], use the subject line: "Registered for [webinar name] but have not received the registration confirmation". A member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to ensure you get what you need.

You will also get reminders five days before the webinar (this one includes workshop materials), one day before, and one hour before the webinar starts.

What actually happens in a Women Nexus™ Live session?

Each session is a structured 90-minute conversation, not a lecture. Neidy opens by framing the central question the session addresses, teaches directly from her frameworks and lived experience, and then guides participants through a written reflection exercise. The reflection moves into a group conversation where the room's thinking becomes part of the content. You will leave with something specific: a clearer question, a named insight, or a decision that deserves your attention.

Do sessions build on each other, or can I attend individual ones?

They do, but each session is also designed to stand on its own. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to benefit from any single gathering. The sessions build thematically across the year, from naming the work to collaboration, voice, legacy, and deliberate planning, but each one is complete in itself.

This series is free. What is the connection to Women Nexus™?

Women Nexus™ Live is free because these conversations should be accessible to all women. Women Nexus™, the membership, is where the ongoing rhythm, relationships, resources, and collaborative possibilities continue between sessions. You will hear about the membership at the close of each session. You will not be pressured to join during the conversation.

Who is this series for?

Women Nexus™ Live is for women who are ready to move insight into strategic action. You may be approaching a significant transition, returning to something that deserves more of your attention, or carrying a body of knowledge that has not yet found its full expression. Experience and seriousness of purpose matter more than any particular professional background or age.

Will I be expected to share personal information with the group?

You will be invited to share, not required to. The session includes a private written reflection that belongs to you. When participants bring something into the group conversation, the room is held with care and discretion. You decide how much you bring into the shared space.

What if I register and cannot attend?

There are no replays and no recordings. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, release your spot so another woman can take it. Each session has its own registration and you must register for each separately. If you miss one month, show up for the following session. We will be delighted to see you.

Can I attend from outside the United States?

Absolutely. We would love to have you. Women Nexus™ Live is a virtual gathering open to women worldwide. Sessions are held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM (Pacific Time). Confirm your local time before registering.

Your promotions says that the pre-work and materials will be sent five days before the webinar date, what if I sign up after that?

We are accepting registrations until one day before the event. If you sign up after the five-day mark, contact [email protected], and we will send you the webinar packet. All materials will also be available on the day of the webinar. We will add them to the chat at the start of the session.
