I invite you to start your journey by joining Women Nexus™ first. From there, you can opt-in for individual coaching at any time.
If you prefer individual coaching, choose from these two offerings:
The two-hour strategy Breakthrough Blueprint™ session or tailored individual longer-term coaching.

Choose the Breakthrough Blueprint™, a focused, two-hour session designed for a specific decision, direction, or challenge that requires clarity and immediate movement.
We use this time to examine the situation in detail, identify what matters most, and define the next step with precision. When you engage the work fully, you leave with a clear direction and a structured approach to move forward.
This session is suited for moments that call for concentrated attention, where a defined outcome is required and action must follow.
Every engagement is built on a proven structure.
The SOJOURN™ Coaching Model guides the process through six constructs that meet the client’s decision, context, and timing.
The SOJOURN™ Readiness Diagnostic™ identifies the client’s current stage of readiness for aligned action. The S.I.M. Method™ defines the strategic plan most appropriate for the actions that will aid in your success after the engagement ends.
Every engagement begins with an honest examination of the forces shaping your decisions and builds structure around what becomes clear.
For a smaller number of clients, private work extends beyond a single session into a sustained coaching engagement.
Openings are intentionally limited. This work is designed for clients prepared to enter a deeper private process, commit to a higher level of continuity, and make the financial investment that sustained individualized work requires.
I consider longer-term work when the scope, timing, fit, and level of support call for private engagement beyond a single session.
Session frequency, scope, and duration are determined through direct agreement before the engagement begins.
Hourly pricing is provided during the application process.
I bring an operational mind to interior work.
My coaching draws from leadership, program development, behavioral health systems, transpersonal psychology, spiritual integration, and lived reinvention.
I work with the question in front of us and the structure around it: readiness, identity, imprint, responsibility, timing, discernment, and follow-through.
I listen for the pattern beneath the presenting issue: the language used, the decision avoided, the standard that shifts under pressure, and the place where insight has outpaced action.
I use the SOJOURN™ Coaching Model, the SOJOURN™ Readiness Diagnostic™, and the S.I.M. Method™ as proprietary frameworks to hold the work inside a disciplined coaching structure.
I bring attention, precision, pattern recognition, direct reflection, and a clear coaching frame. The client remains responsible for their choices, actions, timing, and results.

Individual coaching is best suited for clients who have a specific decision, direction, question, or pattern that needs direct private examination.
This work requires active participation between sessions. Clients should be prepared to devote at least one hour per week to assigned work, reflection, and practical application connected to the coaching focus.
Individual coaching is not appropriate for anyone seeking crisis support, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, guaranteed outcomes, rescue, dependency, or decisions made on their behalf.
