Soulful Sojourners may offer memberships, coaching, strategy sessions, courses, workshops, webinars, events, reports, assessments, digital products, downloadable materials, community spaces, and other services or products.

Each offer may include additional terms, policies, agreements, participation requirements, payment terms, community guidelines, or access rules. When offer-specific terms apply, those terms are part of your agreement with Soulful Sojourners.

We may update, revise, pause, discontinue, rename, restructure, or change products, services, memberships, events, courses, content, schedules, access, platforms, or features at any time.

PAYMENT TERMS

Prices, payment options, billing schedules, and included features are shown at checkout or on the applicable sales page.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the full charge shown at checkout. For subscription or installment purchases, you authorize recurring or scheduled charges according to the plan selected at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.

If a payment fails, access may be paused, restricted, or terminated.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. Soulful Sojourners does not offer refunds unless a separate written agreement signed by Soulful Sojourners states otherwise.

Refund and cancellation terms are provided in the Soulful Sojourners Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

For monthly memberships, cancellation stops future monthly charges according to the cancellation process provided.

For annual memberships, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid year. Annual memberships remain active through the paid year and are not refunded for unused time, unused access, missed events, incomplete course work, or nonparticipation.

For one-time purchases, the sale is final once completed.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable substitute for using the stated cancellation process or contacting Soulful Sojourners with a billing concern.

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some Soulful Sojourners memberships or services may renew automatically.

Before you complete a subscription purchase, the checkout process should identify the plan, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method.

By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize Soulful Sojourners or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan selected.

Your subscription continues until canceled. You may cancel according to the cancellation method provided through your account, checkout acknowledgment, membership platform, or written instructions from Soulful Sojourners.

ACCOUNT ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP SPACES

Some offerings may require an account, login, membership profile, or platform access.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You may not share access, distribute member-only materials, transfer your account, resell access, or allow another person to use your login unless Soulful Sojourners gives written permission.

Soulful Sojourners may remove access if a user violates payment terms, participation rules, community standards, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property rights, or these Terms and Conditions.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Soulful Sojourners may provide member spaces, discussion areas, live gatherings, comments, chat functions, events, or other interactive spaces.

You agree to participate with respect, confidentiality, and personal responsibility.

You may not post or share content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, unlawful, spam-related, misleading, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for the purpose of the space.

We may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access when needed to protect the integrity of Soulful Sojourners spaces, members, clients, participants, contractors, intellectual property, or business operations.

USER CONTENT

If you submit comments, posts, messages, testimonials, survey responses, form responses, questions, images, or other content to Soulful Sojourners, you remain responsible for that content.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that your submission does not violate another person’s rights.

By submitting content to public or shared Soulful Sojourners spaces, you give Soulful Sojourners permission to display, host, store, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate the applicable space, program, service, or website.

Testimonials reflect individual experience and do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar results.

This includes Soulful Sojourners materials and branded assets associated with Women Nexus™, SOJOURN™, S.I.M. Method™, S.E.E.N.™, Living Imprints™, and related programs, frameworks, tools, and offers.

You may access purchased or member materials for your own personal or internal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, resell, license, sublicense, teach from, train from, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, upload, share, or commercially exploit Soulful Sojourners materials without written permission.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Soulful Sojourners provides educational, strategic, reflective, coaching, membership, and personal development resources.

We do not guarantee specific results, income, business outcomes, personal outcomes, emotional outcomes, professional opportunities, visibility, publication, client acquisition, healing, transformation, or completion of any project or body of work.

Your results depend on many factors, including your choices, effort, circumstances, follow-through, timing, resources, and external conditions.

NO MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR TAX ADVICE

Soulful Sojourners does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or crisis services.

Event rules, camera requirements, participation expectations, replay availability, access windows, and related requirements may vary by offer and will be stated on the applicable page, registration information, event communication, or membership platform.

By attending a live event, you understand that your name, voice, image, chat comments, questions, or participation may appear in the live space or recording unless otherwise stated.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND LINKS
