Soulful Sojourners Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Soulful Sojourners does not offer refunds for memberships, coaching, courses, reports, digital products, live sessions, workshops, webinars, or other purchases.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the full charge shown at checkout. For subscription purchases, you authorize recurring charges according to the membership plan selected at checkout.

Monthly memberships may be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. It does not create a refund for previous payments, unused time, missed events, incomplete course work, or unused access.

Annual memberships remain active through the paid year. Canceling an annual membership stops renewal at the end of the paid year. It does not create a refund for the annual payment, unused time, missed events, incomplete course work, or unused access.

One-time purchases are final once completed. This includes coaching sessions, strategy sessions, reports, courses, digital products, workshops, webinars, and other non-subscription purchases.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable substitute for using the stated cancellation process or contacting Soulful Sojourners with a billing concern.

Purchasers may be added to the Soulful Sojourners mailing list after purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
