Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know if this work is right for me?

You already see what needs to change. What has not followed is consistent action. Decisions shift under pressure. Commitments fade when the moment becomes uncomfortable. This work is for someone ready to act on what is already known and to hold that action over time.

What kind of clients tend to benefit most from this work?

Clients who benefit most from this work carry significant responsibility across multiple areas of life and operate at a high level. They think deeply, recognize patterns quickly, and have already engaged in reflection and inner work. What remains is the consistent execution of what they already know.

What makes your approach different from therapy or consulting?

Therapy focuses on healing. Consulting provides solutions. This work centers on how you make decisions, how you hold your standards, and how those standards show up in your life. The focus stays on alignment between what you say matters and how you actually live.

How does your work approach transformation in practice?

How does your work approach transformation in practice?

What happens inside a coaching session?

We examine what is happening, where the pattern sits, and where alignment breaks. You leave with a clear direction and a defined next step. Each session moves the work forward into your life, not just into conversation.

Do you assign work between sessions?

Yes. The work continues between sessions through specific actions and decisions. What you do between sessions determines the depth and speed of change.

What kind of results can be expected from this work?

Results show up as consistent follow-through, steadier decision-making, and standards that hold under pressure. Over time, a client’s behavior aligns with their stated values, producing measurable movement in areas that previously stalled or cycled.

How long does transformation take?

This work is structured as a 16-week engagement with consistent sessions and defined expectations between them. The client takes action through decisions, behavioral changes, and the consistent application of what is established in each session. The depth of transformation reflects the client's commitment to transformation and their resolve.

What does an engagement look like in practice?

We meet on a consistent schedule over a 16-week engagement, with each session building on the last. In session, we examine patterns, define decisions, and establish clear direction. Between sessions, you complete assigned work through specific actions, behavioral changes, and the application of what was established. The work progresses through repetition, refinement, and sustained follow-through.

What is your availability?

My availability is limited. I work with a small number of clients at a time to maintain depth and continuity. Openings are filled as they become available.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens. Sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Three consecutive cancellations result in the termination of the coaching agreement. There are no refunds. Consistency is required for the work to hold.

How is this work structured financially?

Signing up for this work signals commitment. Payment is made in full before the first session. Limited payment plans are available, along with third-party financing options.
