Transformation moves at the pace of the client’s honesty, decisions, and follow-through. The work can create clarity quickly, but lasting change depends on what the client is willing to examine, choose, practice, and sustain outside the session.
We meet on a consistent schedule over a 16-session engagement, with each session building on the last. In session, we examine patterns, define decisions, and establish clear direction. Between sessions, you complete assigned work through specific actions, behavioral changes, and the application of what was established. The work progresses through repetition, refinement, and sustained follow-through.
My availability is limited for individual coaching. I work with a small number of clients at a time to maintain depth and continuity. Openings are filled as they become available. I invite you to secure your 2-hour session as soon as possible and to complete the Individual Coaching Application if you are interested in a longer commitment.
I understand that life happens. As a rule, sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Three consecutive last-minute cancellations or no-show/no-call will result in the termination of the coaching agreement. There are no refunds. Consistency is required for the work to hold.
Signing up for this work signals commitment. Payment is made in full before the 2-hour strategy session. Limited payment plans are available via third-party financing. For longer-term individual coaching engagements, payment options will be discussed during the enrollment process.
